MANUFACTURING & TESTING
Our harness operation is fully equipped to manufacture most wiring and
harness assemblies. Equipment includes automated cutting, stripping, and
marking equipment; hand, pneumatic and high pressure crimp tooling;
injection molding; layout and test boards; braiding and tape wrapping, heat
shrink equipment and high-temperature cure ovens; all necessary for reliable
and consistent manufacturing.
Calibrated
automatic test equipment available to perform continuity, insulation
resistance, and dielectric strength on completed wiring harnesses.
Submergence hi-potential, high/low temperature and other testing also
available. SPC along with process tensile strength testing of splices,
terminals, and contacts adds to the integrity of our assemblies. In
addition, we can certify to Mil-STD-2000 and other solder specifications as
required.
