PRODUCTS

Semi-Rigid — Standard copper jacketed assemblies from .047 to .250 diameter can be manufactured to your custom drawing, specification or sample. Available with Tin or Silver plated outer conductor operating from DC to 40 GHz.

Conformable Semi-Rigid — The Charles E. Gillman Company offers three unique series of hand comformable Semi-Rigid cables assemblies in .047 and .141 diameters. These assemblies are normally supplied in straight lengths with customized connectors allowing greater flexibility with assembly performance often found in standard semi-rigid cable.

• Aluminum Series — The ultimate low weight semi-rigid. Each assembly provides the ease of hand bending with no spring back, eliminating the need for expensive bending equipment. Available with Tin or Silver outer conductor plating.
• Braided Composite Series — Tin Composite outer conductor which maintains 100% effective coverage while improving the flexibility over our Aluminum Series.
• Soft Copper Series — Provides a more flexible version of the most common semi-rigid cable assemblies by utilizing a soft copper outer conductor.

Flexible — Charles E. Gillman Company offers several series of high performance low loss cable assemblies designed to meet the demands of today’s Microwave Industry.

• Signature Series — Is ultimate high performance cable assembly particularly when dealing with stability, low loss, and low VSWR. These assemblies are provided with individual test data and can be configured with a variety of interconnects to meet your custom requirements. Available .125, .205, .290 inch diameters.
• RG Replacement Series — Provides a lower loss alternative to your RG type MIL-C-17 cable assembly. Typically these assemblies can greatly reduce RF leakage, loss, and VSWR while improving stability. Available in .120, .180, .280, and .380 inch diameters.
• Standard RG Type Cable — Charles E. Gillman Company offers standard cable assemblies from common RG type Mil-C-17 approved cables. Connectors can be specified as Mil-C-39012, UGF, or commercial grade with the assurance that the highest quality and performance is achieved.

Helical Transmission Line — This solid copper, corrugated outer conductor give it great strength, durability, and flexibility. Available from .250 to 1.250 inch diameters to handle your power requirements.

Delay Lines — Configured from various type of semi-rigid cable to meet specific package and delay parameters required by the system.

Harnesses — Custom multiconductor and hybrid harnesses are available to meet your DC-RF requirements.Connectors — Specialized in soldering, crimping, clamping termination techniques for the following: SMA, SMC, OSP, GMS, TNC, N-TYPE, BNC, 1.85 mm (V), 2.4 mm (K), 7 mm, Blind Mate, and 7/16” DIN. Custom angle and High/Low profile connectors are also available.
